1. No Refunds will be issued for personal training, partner training, or group training, for any reason including but not limited to illness, trainer substitution or unused sessions.
2. If participant is unable to attend scheduled training sessions, he/she must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in being charged the full payment amount for missed session(s).
3. Participants arriving late for their schedule session will receive only the remaining time unless prior arrangements have been made with the trainer.
4. Red City Fitness will make every effort to assure members their personal trainer of choice: however, management reserves the right to substitute with another qualified trainer.
5. The expiration period for personal training packages is a follows: 2-3 month training plans must be used within 3 months.
6. For your convenience, payments can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. For those wishing to use the monthly installment option, a credit card must be saved for a method of payment. If you choose to split the package total into two equal payments, you your credit card information must be saved in our system. The second half of the payment will be automatically charged once the sessions on the first half of the package are completed.
7. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 90 days from the date of the contract. Personal Training sessions are avoid after this period.
8. A parent/guardian's signature is required for any pa1icipant under the age of 18.
